Frances Manning was born September 26, 1787 in Pitt, Nc, USA, the daughter of Reuben Manning and Diane McCoy. He was the sister of Reuben Manning Jr, Richard Manning, John Manning, William Manning, Diana Manning, Nancy Manning and Mary Manning Frances married Henry Jolley on January 1806 in , Pitt, North Carolina, USA. They had the following children:

3. Temperance Jolley,
4. Henry B. Jolley,
5. Diana L. Jolley,
6. Orna J. Jolley,
7. Francis R. Jolley and

Frances died September 19, 1844 in Nauvoo, Hancock, Ill, USA.
