Frances Manners

Lady Frances Manners was born posthumously on 22 October 1588 at Winkbourne, Nottinghamshire, England.1 She was the daughter of John Manners, 4th Earl of Rutland and Elizabeth Charlton.1 She and William Willoughby, 3rd Baron Willoughby of Parham obtained a marriage license on 4 February 1602/3.1 She died circa 1643.1

    From 4 February 1602/3, her married name became Willoughby.1
