Frances Matthews

On her husband's DN her date of death is June 1865 and he is described as a Widower at the time of his Death. However, it appears that this DN was only lodged on the 9 July 1902 so actual dates could have been forgotten? Because it was lodged in 1902 the death notice names 2 of the children as deceased although they weren't deceased in 1867. This appears to be why the Settlers Death Index below states that most of the children were deceased by 1866 which doesn't appear to be correct..
