Frances passed away peacefully at Groves Park Lodge in Renfrew on September 19th, 2022 at the age of 90 years old. Formally from Killaloe, Ontario, Frances was predeceased by her husband, Robert Kennedy, and her parents, Clair and Joseph Fleece, along with her 7 sisters, Anna, Dorothy, Helen, Aggie, Teresa, Sally, Monica, and 5 brothers Ben, Joe, Ambrose, Peter, and Jack. Frances will be fondly remembered by her many friends and neighbours.

Frances loved travelling, golfing and socializing in her community. She had lived in Ottawa and worked at the Royal Bank for a number of years, then she and her husband Bob retired in Calabogie Ontario. Frances was a very generous lady and financially supported many charitable organizations. She was also an active volunteer for the local community home support. Frances was dearly loved and will be sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews.
