Frances Napier (died as a child)

Frances Napier, daughter of Patrick Napier and Elizabeth Booth, was born say 1662, and died after 21 October 1672 at Hampton Parish, York County, Virginia, before reaching adulthood. Her only sibling was Robert Napier, who married Mary Perrin.

Dr. Patrick Napier left his estate equally to his two children, Robert and Frances Napier. If one or the other died, the property would go to the survivor. If both died, it would go to his wife's rightful heirs. Elizabeth Napier was named Executrix, and Patrick's friends Thomas Ballard and James Vauix were appointed Overseers of the estate. Patrick Napier signed his name in the same manner as he did in other documents recorded, "Pat Napier." The will was dated 26 February 1668 (1669 by our present calendar) and proved in the Court for 12 April 1669
