About Frances Wengle
WENGLE, Frances (Eckler) - The family is saddened to announce the passing of our darling mother, on April 19, 2001 at Sunnybrook Hospital. We will miss her beautiful smile, the sparkle in her lovely blue eyes, and her joyful spirit. Beloved wife of the late Abraham Wengle, precious mother of Hainey (Annette), Beryl (Jack), the late Larry (Ruth), Doreen, and Steve (Phyllis). Adored Nanny Fanny to 17 grandchildren and their spouses, and 23 great- grandchildren, whom she delighted in. Dear sister of Ruth Tator, Hilda Tick, Harry Eckler, the late Jack Eckler, the late Harold Eckler, the late Lil Bennett, and the late Max Eckler. Her family was her world, and we are grateful to have been part of that world for so many years. Our warm thanks are due to her devoted caregiver, Nita Bagarra. At Benjamin's Park Memorial Chapel, 2401 Steeles Ave., W. (one light west of Dufferin) for service on Friday, April 20th at 2:30 p.m. Private Shiva. If you wish, memorial donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
