Frank was married three times and had two sons; He was first married to Sarah C. Nye on February 22, 1871 and she died on October 18, 1872. Then he married 2nd,Ella Wheeler on June 03, 1881 and she died in 1882. Frank married for a third time to Alfaretta Fisher on Tuesday, April 29, 1884 in Chicago, Illinois. They had two children during their 57 years of marriage; Rea Walter Fleming and Joe Sheridan Fleming. He was a former Warren County Treasurer, member of the Masonic lodge for over 50 years and his occupation was a farmer.
Frank passed away on Monday, August 11, 1941, in his hometown at the age of 91 years 10 months 00 days and was buried on Wednesday, August 13, 1941 in West Lebanon Cemetery.
