Francis Frank LaBelle

Originally, on the LaBelle family crest, LaBelle was spelled Label. Over the years the name has morphed into Labelle and La Belle. If we all get on the same page, these contradictions would be no more. I realize the way your birth certificate spells your name is the legal way your parents spelled it. However, if we wish to connect the tree limbs, we have to make some concessions. My mother, grandfather and everyone in our phone books spell our name LaBelle. Most profiles have it spelled La Belle.
