Francis Godolphin Osborne, 1st Baron Godolphin was born on 18 October 1777.1 He was the son of Sir Francis Godolphin Osborne, 5th Duke of Leeds and Lady Amelia Darcy.1 He married Hon. Elizabeth Charlotte Eden, daughter of William Eden, 1st Baron Auckland and Eleanor Elliot, on 31 March 1800.1 He died on 15 February 1850 at age 72.1
Francis Godolphin Osborne, 1st Baron Godolphin was created 1st Baron Godolphin, of Farnham Royal, co. Buckingham [U.K.] on 14 May 1832.1
