Francisco Ortega was a Filipino lawyer and politician. He represented the first district of La Union at the House of Representatives of the Philippines from June 5, 1934 to September 16, 1935, again from June 11, 1945 to December 30, 1949, and finally from December 30, 1953 to December 30, 1965.
