Frank M. Decker, 76, died March 6, 1990, in Cedar City. He was born December 7, 1913, in Parowan, to Joseph Victor and LaReta Mortensen Decker. He married Betty Carter February 15, 1938, in Minersville. Marriage was later solemnized in the St. George LDS Temple. Active member of the LDS Church, and member of the High Priest's Quorum. Member, Lion's Club. Member, Carpenter's Union for 49 years. Loved hunting, fishing, singing, and playing the harmonica, and his family. Survivors: Wife, Parowan; children, Mrs. DeMar (LaReta) Andersen, Rigby, Idaho; Mrs. Frank (Sandra) Slack, Cedar City; Mrs. Clyde (Helen) Lamoreaux, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Lyle (Garna) Mortensen, Parowan; Ronald, West Valley City; Garth, Woodland, California; stepmother, Vera W.
