About Frank Easley

2. Frank Easley married a woman named Lillie Baker. She was a widow with one boy. His name was William J. Baker "Willie". His father was A.L. Baker who married Lillian in June of 1900 in Hunt County Texas. William was 7 years old in the 1910 census of Titus County Texas. Lillian's father was William J. Baker and was listed as a Reverend in her obituary. She died 04-08-1921 of complications of surgery. She is listed with her family in the 1900 census of Hunt County Texas and is living very close to them in Titus County in 1910. As far as is known at this time Frank had no children. Frank is buried at Cedar Cemetery near Red Oak, Oklahoma. There is no marker. This information comes from T.J. Cowart. Mrs. Albernice Stoll gave me a picture that has Frank, his wife and her son in it. I have an original marriage certificate listing a F. Easley marrying a Mrs. Lillian Baker in Franklin county Texas in 1909. This is Frank and his wife Lillian for she was married before. Frank is describe as haveing blue eyes , brown hair of of tall build according to his World War I Draft Registration in Sept. 12 1918. . He died of tuberculosis and was buried by his brother Hardy Hightower Easley III. Hardy built the pine box to bury his brother.
