Frank is a half brother to the Finley's. His name is Cleveland. Frankwas adopted by the Cleveland family. Unsure at this time thecircumstances which lead to the adoption. His obit. says at the age of 2he moved to Medford, Wisconsin with his parents, from Macomb, N. Y. Hisaddress in Antigo was 714 Fourth Avenue. Was a city, county, and federalgovernment. Included: Postmaster atBass Lake and Pearson. Countysupervisor Langlade County for 25 years, County purchasing agent for 20years, City sealer of weights and measures, county boards's financecommittee for 20 years, county highway committee 20 years, vice chairmanof the county board for 15 years. He helped established a county wideimmunization program in 1947. Also hospital and health insuranceforcounty enployees. Work: Initially managed a lumber company, MellenLumber in Ashland County, and moved to Langlade county in 1918, tooperate the Langlade Lumber co. first at Bass Lake and then at Pearson.Mellen Masonic Lodge 314.
