From the The Express, Lock Haven, Clinton County, Pennsylvania, U.S.A., Thursday, February 5, 1970 DEATHS RENOVO --- Frank Eugene Fox, 67, of 148 Thirteenth St., died Wednesday at 5:05 p.m. at the Renovo Hospital, which he entered Jan. 18. He had been failing in health since he suffered a first serious cerebral hemorrhage in July 1968. Mr. Fox retired May 12, 1967 as a car repairman after 48 years with the Pennsylvania Railroad. He was born here, Dec. 14, 1902, a son of the late Earl Fox and Mrs. Albert Bradney Fox, of Renovo, who survives. A well-known trumpet and saxophone player, he had been part of Renovo bands and orchestras for many years. Mr. Fox was a member of the First United Methodist Church and Emerald Hose Co. His wife, the former Edna Mae Probst of North Bend, whom he married on Oct. 9, 1926, survives, with his mother, two sons and a daughter: Frank E. Jr., Renovo; Earl W., Williamsport; and Mrs. Earl Saxton, Wilkes-Barre; eight grandchildren; one great grandchild; a brother and five sisters, Earl, and Miss Mary, who lives at home with Mrs. Alberta B. Fox, the mother; Mrs. Lester Hale, Jersey Shore; Mrs. Conrad Henry, Lancaster; Mrs. Daniel Wagner, and Mrs. George Botsford, both of Renovo.
