He was born November 11, 1891 at Odessa Russia.

In 1902, he homesteaded with his parents at Odense, North Dakota, where he married Rose Wetzstein, November 11, 1913. They moved to Sioux County, North Dakota, where they farmed until moving ton Solen in 1953. Mrs Glasser died in 1968.

He is survived by six sons, Tony, San Francisco, California; Frank and John, both of Seattle, Washington; Lawrence and Mike, both of Bismarck, North Dakota; and Adam, Solen, North Dakota; and six daughters, Mrs. William (Rose) Stoller and Mrs Rueben (Monica) Stoller, both of San Mateo, California; Mrs Christ (Elaine) Greiger, Seattle, Washington; Mrs John (Elizabeth) Stolz, Bismarck, North Dakota; Mrs Edward (Bertha) Barth, Fort Yates, North Dakota; and Mrs Peter (Margaret) Froelich, Mandan, North Dakota; 61 grandchildren, 87 great grandchildren; and one great-great granchild. ~ Bismarck Tribune.
