Obituary

Frank R Kutcher, 74, a lifelong resident of the Oxford area died Sunday evening at Mercy hospital following a lingering illness.

Born on a farm in Oxford township April 12, 1882, he was a son of John and Anna Lenoch Kutcher, pioneer residents of the area. Mr. Kutcher had farmed in that area until becoming ill.

Survivors include one sister, Mrs. Robert Mahoney, and two brothers, Michael and Clarence Kutcher, both of Oxford, as well as nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. at St. Mary's Church, Oxford, with burial to be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. The rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. Tuesday at the McGovern Funeral Home, Iowa City.
