Sue Collier’s information, "He came to the United States in 1853. There was a John Richard who died April 11, 1909 at the age of 42. I think he was a brother to Joseph."

Notes for Rosalie (Stregna, Stagna, Stegry) Stagray:

1900 Census of her son Frank Richards says that she was born in France and the 1910 census says Switzerland. If I am correct that is not impossible as they border each other and there are many border changes and disputes during the years that would leave it in question.
