Franklin Hendricks Barto, 75, died yesterday at his home, 1628 Beach Boulevard, Gulfport. A foreman with the Goodwill Industries, Mr. Barto came to St. Petersburg a year and a half ago from Clearwater.

Surviving are five daughters, Mrs Charles Parks Jr, and Mrs. J. D. Kennedy, both of St Petersburg, Mrs. Charles Bock, Gulfport, Mrs. Leslie Parker, Miffinburg, Pa; three sons, Harold and Charles, both of Baltimore, Md; and a sister Mrs. Anna Shaub, Lancaster.

Friends are requested to omit flowers. C. James Mathews Funeral Home will announce arrangements.
