Information from new CD's from GISA - Ref - SAF CD v 8 - D - 1a.PDF.exe - page 609 - Frans Johannes VAN DYK (d3c4b5a1) Born 1787 Tarka E-Cape SA. Died. 17 Feb 1838 Bloukrans Natal SA. -

Marr. 10 May 1807 Graaff-Reinet E-Cape SA -

Anna Catharina DE LANGE (c5b3a5) Born 1789 Bapt. 4 Jun 1789 Daughter of Johannes Hendrikus De Lange (c3b3a5) and Anna Johanna Maria OOSTHUIZEN. (c10b5a). -

You have him married to Anna Catharina DE LANGE (d9c3b3a5) Born 10 Apr 1833 Bapt. 6 May 1833. - The Clue to the error is the dates. The correct Anna is born in 1789 and the incorrect Anna is born in 1833.☺☺ I think our problems are that everyone seems to have the same Christian names. That is why, I think, the abc's and dates are so important.
