Frederick Richard Keister

Frederick Richard "Fred" Keister, age 72, of Romney, WV passed away Thursday, December 5, 2013 at the Western Maryland Health System in Cumberland, MD.

Born July 27, 1941 in Romney, WV, he was the son of the late Edwin M. and Elsie F. Linthicum Keister. He was a graduate of Romney High School class of 1959. He retired from the West Virginia Department of Highways. He is preceded in death by one brother, Jim Keister, and one step granddaughter, Julia Virginia Wolford
