About GD Jan Poklewski de Koziell
The Serwecz estate was known from the beginning of the 16th century. In 1505, Jan Jurjewicz Zabrzeziński , the Trotsky voivode and the Grand Marshal of Lithuania, received the royal privilege in the form of 5 villages on the River Servecz. In the first half of the 18th century Serwecz was part of the vast Pac property. In 1740 Antoni Michał Pac sold the Wielki Serwecz to Gieczewicz. Later, the property belonged to to the Wazgird family of the Odrowąż coat of arms . Józef Wazgird probably sold the Great Servite before 1800 to Jan Koziełł-Poklewski, husband of Anna née Rudomin-Dusiatska. The eldest property was inherited by their eldest son Józef Kalasanty, marshal of the Wilno poviatand after him - his son Jan Koziełł-Poklewski, who was born here . The youngest son of Jan Józef (1845? -1915), like the father of the January insurgent , having returned from exile in Tashkent , inherited Wielki Serecz from his father. The last owners of the estate were the sons of Józef: Wincenty (1880–1940), murdered in Katyn , Józef (1886–1968) and Tadeusz (1890–1942), shot by the Gestapo in Nowa Wilejka.
