3. The remaining 7th part : interest to go to the Yanaca (widow of son Richard Bennet) during her life or before remarriage and then to Charity VanPelt, the only daughter of the (same) son Richard Bennett. When she dies, the remainder to go to RIchard VanPelt (Charity VanPelt's son)
