G. Lincoln Frankenfield, 80, died at his residence. 41 E. Hancock st., Lansdale, Friday morning. Born in Unionville, he was the son of the late Alan and Elizabeth Frankenfield. He had moved to Lansdale in 1916. He was employed by Krupp Meyers and Hoffman C. for 52 years. He retired in 1972. He was a member of the Junior Order of United American Mechanics; the Fraternal Order of the Eagles; and the American Legion, all of Lansdale. He is survived by two daughters, Lorraine Clayton, Lansdale, with whom he resided, and Mrs. Ruth Harpel, Souderton; two sons, George, Clearfield, and William, West Point; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; three brothers, Abraham, Limerick; Jacob, Hatfield, and James, of Chalfont; and three sisters, Mrs. Amanda Fosbenner, Hatfield; Mrs. Sue Wilson, Lansdale, and Mrs. Ida Hartman, Hatfield. He was preceded in death by two wives, Hate Hauck Frankenfield, in 1929, and Susie Benner Frankenfield in 1958. He was also preceded in death by a brother Stanley, and a sister, Mrs. Laura Potser. Services will be held Tuesday morning at the Shelly-Dinan Funeral Home, East Main street, Lansdale. Visitors may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. Monday.
