George "Judge" Webb, Sr.

George Webb, was born on September 3, 1723 in Berks County, Pennsylvania. His parents were John Webb and Mary Boone.

George married Mary Hannah Flemming on 30 June 1743 in Berks County Pennsylvania. All of his Sons served in the Revolutionary War, George and his family migrated to Sullivan Co. Tenn. about 1777 George was Justice of the Peace and died 1812. [3]

George signed the petition of the “North of the Holston Men” in 1777 in the Holston River area of Sullivan County.
