On November 4, 2016 Suffered stroke and seizure..was in Queens Hospital, Neuro ICU with blood clot on right side of brain.

Almost died, had entire Thyroid gland surgical removed in 1998 at Castle Hospital. On Synthroid hormone medication daily for remaining of living life.

Was taken to Wahiawa ER on Dec. 3, 2016 after identifying fathers deceased body two hours after due to stress and resent stroke.

Updating all info now do to memory difficulties from resent stroke while I can recall all and any information!
