Desche Bartmann's parents are Henrick Koester, Sr., he was born April 19,1852 in Germany and died at the age of 78 on Aug. 15, 1930.He came to the US and was married to Rebecca Dorothy Clausen in Germany, Jan. 1875. She was born Oct. 17, 1852 and died in New Holland March 4, 1942.
