Obituary of Gisela Martha Wuensch

Gisela passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love of her family at Chapman House Hospice in Owen Sound, on September 16, 2020. Born in Germany, on May 1, 1940, Gisela Martha Wuensch (née Grimm, formerly Stock), of Williamsford, at the age of 80.

Loving mother of Martin Stock (Eleanor), Brenda Stock (Ron Smith), all of Williamsford, and Philip Stock (Reina) of Napanee. Cherished Oma of Joshua Stock (Kayla) of Durham. Loving step-mother of Ramona, Carmen and Yuri, all of Edmonton. Proud step-grandmother of Danielle and Natalie; step-great grandmother of Anthony, Charlie, Jackson and Anna. Dear sister of John Grimm (Esther), and sister-in-law of Leona Grimm, and Adele, Herbert (Lena), George (Rosie) and Herta. Also missed by her nieces, nephews and friends.

Predeceased by her husband Ernst Wuensch, parents Woldemar and Erna Grimm, and by her siblings Ernst, Karin, Lea, Ingrid and Andy.

A private funeral service will be held at the Brian E. Wood Funeral Home, Owen Sound (519-376-7492), on Monday, September 21, 2020. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, all attendees are required to wear a mask and follow physical distancing rules.
