Bingham lists death 28 Oct 1673/1676. Bingham gives REFN of FKKN-L7, and lists marriage as at Sowerby. He also lists George among the siblings twice, both with same death date, differing birth dates. He lists Mary out of order, and fails to list Sarah, James and Martha. He gives in the notes the following: Formerly Grace Smith/Lee. Biography

"...he (Fairbanks-133|Jonathan Fairbanks) came from the parish of Halifax in the West Riding of Yorkshire, where he had married Grace Smith on 20 May 1617. The baptisms of four of their six children are also recorded in Halifax: John on 8 Feb 1617/8, George on 28 Nov 1619, Mary in Feb 1621/2, and Jonas on 6 Mar 1624/5. The register entry indicates that at the time of the marriage, Grace Smith was living in Warley, a township within Halifax... New England records show that Jonathan and Grace had two younger children, Susan and Jonathan. Susan was probably the child baptized in Thornton in Craven, Yorkshire, 10 Dec 1627 (the entry is difficult to read.) No baptism for the son Jonathan has been found in Yorkshire."<ref>Ruth Fairbanks Joseph and James Swan Landberg, Jonathan Fairbank of Dedham, Massachusetts, and his family inthe West Riding of Yorkshire, NEHGR Vol. 166 (July 2012), p. 165, citing West Yorkshire Archive Service, West Yorkshire, England: Baptisms, Marriages and Burials, 1512-1812, Halifax, St. John the Baptist, online database on Ancestry.com. Grace was provided for in her husband's will, dated 01 Jun 1668, proved Jan 26, 1669: "And more I giue to grace my said wife an Annuitie of Eight pounds prAnnm to be paid to her or her assignee to her vse yearely & euery yeare, in two equall prts."<ref>Lorenzo Sayles Fairbanks, Genealogy of the Fairbanks Family in America 1633-1897 (Boston, MA: pub. by the author [American Printing & Egraving Co.], 1897), pp. 32-33</ref> Grace died either "28th 10th mo., 1673", or "19:3:1676." One death record is for the wife of Jonathan, the other for her granddaughter, daughter of Jonathan Fairbanks and his wife Deborah. It is unclear which record is for which woman. Perhaps further study of her husband's probate file might resolve this question.
