She was left £20 in her father's will in 1570: Will of Rychard Gawkwroger of Soureby parish Halifax senior- "Mye dowghter Grace Gawkeroger;£20". She was an executor of the will with reserved powers, being a minor at that time: "Proved at York 19 Dec. 1570 by John & James Gawkeroger sons of deceased, & excrs, power being reserved for George, Edmund, Elizabeth & Grace, minors." https://archive.org/details/genealogydescen04whitgoog/page/n179 She married Daniel Foxcroft in 1580.

Death date

A date of 25 August 1558 was given here for her death but this is before her baptism. Cannot find any source for it. There is no burial in the Halifax register August 1558, link to page - https://archive.org/details/parishregisterof45hali/page/204 Grace was still alive in 1570 as she was left £20 in her father's will - Mye dowghter Grace Gawkeroger ;£20 - https://archive.org/details/genealogydescen04whitgoog/page/n179 This is likely the Grace Gawkroger who married Daniel Foxcroft in 1580, as the other one would only have been 12 years old and has another husband.
