Grace (Pepe) Antedomenico
Grace (Pepe) Antedomenico, 92, of Wilton, wife of Felix F. Antedomenico, died Dec. 23, 2004 at Ashlar of Newtown.
Mrs. Antedomenico was born in New York City on Sept. 26, 1912, and resided in Norwalk until moving to Wilton in 1955. She was a seamstress with the Manhattan Shirt Factory for many years.
Mrs. Antedomenico was a member of the First United Methodist Church of South Norwalk for over 75 years. As an active member of the church, she belonged to the Women's Guild and was also a Sunday school teacher.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons: Eugene Antedomenico and his wife, Merle of Mesquite, Texas; Neil Antedomenico and his wife, Heather of Danbury; three daughters: Phyllis Tranzillo and her husband, Stephen of Danbury; Theresa Hudak and her husband, Joseph of Brookfield; and Mariann Simpson and her husband, Randy of Va.; 13 grandchildren: Amy, Cara, Tammy, David, Christian, Heath, Michael, Jeffrey, Mark, Shawnlee, Philip, Lisa and Jason; 14 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by five brothers: Michael, Pasquale, Alfonse, Carmine and Vito Pepe and a sister, Helen Cocchia.
A service will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the First United Methodist Church of South Norwalk, with the Rev. Kimberly Bosley, pastor, officiating. Entombment will be in Willowbrook Cemetery, Westport. The family will receive friends at the Magner Funeral Home, 12 Mott Ave., Norwalk on Monday, from 5 to 8 p.m. Contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church of South Norwalk, 39 West Ave, Norwalk 06854.
