WEDDINGS. GOLDSWORTHY—BUCKLAND.

St.Mary's Church, Caulfield, Wednesday, 31st May, 1922, was selected for the wedding of 'Gwen' Gwendoline Kathleen, second daughter of Frederick and Marie Buckland, Sevenoaks, Murrumbeena, to James Richard Johns Goldsworthy only son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Goldsworthy, of Helsford Park, Bethanga,

The marriage was celebrated by the Rev. Canon Langley.

The bride, carrying a beautiful bouquet of white flowers and asparagus fern, was given away by her father.

Gwen wore a simply made dress of white satin charmeuse, softly swathed at the waist, and with a side panel of old lace. A train of the satin falling from her shoulders, and was finished with a silk tassel. She wore an exquisite old Veil of Limerick lace, caught over each ear with a spray of orange-blossoms, and she carried a beautiful bouquet of white flowers and asparagus fern.

The bridesmaid, younger sister Gladys Buckland, was dressed in soft pink satin charmeuse, with panel effect of lace. She wore a pink tulle headdress, with coronet of pink and silver leaves, and carried a dainty posy of pink carnations. The bridegroom was supported by the brides cousin, Loris Gromann.

The guests were entertained at Sevenoaks, Neerim road, Murrumbeena, where table decorations of pink heath and carnations,a wedding bell at the bride's table, and balloons were also used with effect.

The bride travelled in a suit of navy gaberdine, with a touch of mastic on the coat, and a hat of navy hatters plush, with a silk tassel at the side. The honeymoon is being spent touring Tasmania.
