Gwendoline (56), Principal of the Thabiseng Primary school was shot to death at her school in Soweto. She was gunned down by three young men who entered her school through a broken wall.
Jele was shot in the stomach on Thursday 15/04/1999 after confronting Intruders in her school. They grabbed her car keys, stripped the dying woman of her jewellery and fled In her car.
