The public is invited to attend a recital to be given in the Women's Club this evening at 8:15 o'clock, when Miss Gwendolyn Woodford will be presented in a piano recital by her teacher, Mrs. Virginia K. France. Miss Woodford will be assisted by Miss Katherine Minor, also a pupil of Mrs. France, and John L. Manning, o Dallas, a pupil of Miss Daisy Polk of Dallas, a voice teacher.

Miss Gwendolyn Woodford and Mrs. W. G. Woods went to Farmersville Friday where Miss Woodford is to dance between the acts of the Farmersville Senior High School play this evening. The play is under the direction of Miss Jasmine Sheppard of Denton, who is teaching in Farmersville.
