JOYCE MANSELL Joyce Mansell, 67, of Mayland, passed away Jan. 20, 2001, at Cumberland Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted today, Jan. 23, at 11 a.m. from the chapel of Goff Funeral Home in Monterey, TN, with interment in Browns Mill Cemetery. Bishop Roger Hyder and Bishop Jerry Hassler will officiate. Mrs. Mansell was born April 23, 1933, in Joelton, TN, the daughter of William F. and Virgie Norrod Edwards. She was a homemaker, and a member of Crossville Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was a member of Mayland Senior Citizens, where she had served as treasurer, and the Mayland Cemetery Committee, where she had also served as treasurer. Survivors include her husband of 49 years, Clifford Mansell of Mayland; son, Caral Mansell of Newnan, GA: and sister and brother-in-law, Virginia and Eddie Brown of Fayetteville, GA. She was preceded in death by her sister, Ellie Lockhart. Goff Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
