Edward Fielding, the second son, was a justice of the county court Mar. 19, 1679, and Sept. 12, 1683. He was probably married twice as his will, prob. June 16, 1696, left to "my now loving wife Hannah Ffeilding" the use of all his estate till his sons all arrived at th- age of twenty-one …

Wife Hannah executrix. She later married a Mr. Hill, and died in 1740 at an advanced age. Her will prob. Nov. 2, 1740, left her property to son Ambrose Fielding, grandsons Edwin, William and Ambrose Fielding, and great-grandson John Fielding, son of Edwin. Of Anne Fielding, daughter of Ambrose (1st) I have no record.

William and Mary Quarterly Volume 1; [1]

"Among the patents issued by the Royal Gov 1 was one to a Thos. Jones Aug. 6, 1655, for 400 a. of land on the n. side of the James river, and an abstract from the will of Wm. Thomas Jan. 2, 1656 (Va. Hist. Mag.) recites that a legacy was left "To Thos. Jones here in Va., also to Sarah Jones, late wife of Richard Jones." These references to Thos. Jones are mentioned merely as interesting possibilities for his future historian. The Northum- berland Co. Thos. Jones died before May 16, 1694, as his will was probated at that time by Mr. Edward Fielding, one of the executors, who afterwards evidently married his "relict," Hannah Jones. Further notes of Thos. Jones and his descendants will be given in a later article. "Thomas Jones and Hannah of Northumberland Thomas Jones was listed in 1652 as a headright by Mr. Richard Turney. He was issued a patent for 400 acres in 1655 on the north side of the James River. In the will of William Thomas in 1656, Thomas Jones of Virginia and Sarah Jones, the late wife of Richard Jones were left a legacy. It is unclear who this Richard Jones was. The will of Thomas Jones was probated in May, 1694 by Mr. Edward Fielding who married his relict, Hannah Jones." See https://alliedfamilies.wordpress.com/early-virginia-jones-families/
