Walter Goodwin Davis gave an account of the immigrant, William Allen of Salisbury, who married Ann Goodale. See The ancestry of Abel Lunt, 1769-1806, of Newbury ..., beginning at https://babel.hathitrust.org/cgi/pt?id=wu.89061963823 page 91. Child list appears on pages https://babel.hathitrust.org/cgi/pt?id=wu.89061963823 93-94. I find no such daughter, Elizabeth, reported there to William Allen and Ann Goodale.
