28 Oct 1702 - Matthew Scarburgh of then Somerset Co, MD, in consideration of the 'fatherly affection I have" conveyed "unto my daughter Hannah the now wife of Mr. Dan'll Payne of Northampton Co" 109 acres of this tract, between the lands of Henry Byshop dec'd and the donor, which he bourght of Col. Williams Stevens formerly known as "Marshes Land."
