About Hannah Vickery

Daughter of John & Elizabeth Hodges.

Married 2 Mar 1765 in Augusta County, Virginia.

The date of death is purely an estimate based upon Christopher's marriage to his second wife.
∼Hannah Hodge was the daughter of John and Elizabeth Hodge. She was born in Virginia, likely in Augusta County, where, after her mother's death in 1852, she was bound out to William Draper. She was married to Christopher Vickery/Vickrey/Vickory before 1766. He was from Orange County, Virginia, but it is not known where they married. She was the mother of twelve children: Elizabeth, John, Charlotte, Harmon (died young), Absolum, Jehu, Ruhamah, Jereter, Marmaduke, Harmon, Christopher and Sampson. Her memorial is placed here based on family tradition that she was buried here with her husband.* Reference: Find A Grave Memorial - SmartCopy: Jul 13 2022, 22:14:23 UTC
