About Hans Adam Eisenhauer
Johann Adam Eisenhauer arrived in Halifax, Nova Scotia in 1751 aboard the ship Pearl with his family and 2nd wife, Anna Margaretha Franck, the widow of Adam Hebb. In 1733 He was moved to Lunenburg with the rest of the "Foreign Protestants" to take up residence there.
He was a nephew of Johann Nicolaus Eisenhauer who, in 1741, emigrated to the British colonies that later became the United States. It was Johann Nicolaus Eisenhauer's descendant, Dwight D. Eisenhower, that became President of the U.S.
