"New Brunswick Provincial Marriages 1789-1950," database with images, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:QVBF-PSLT : 6 March 2015), Samuel E Brown and Hattie A Brewer, 03 Jul 1889; citing , York, New Brunswick, Canada, p. 1242, Provincial Archives of New Brunswick, Fredericton; FHL microfilm 2,320,180.
St. Mary's Parish, York Co., NB, m. 3JUL1889 HARRIET (HATTIE) AUGUSTA HANSON (BREWER) (b. Keswick, Douglas Parish, York Co., NB 7MAY1867 (ca. 1869, 11MAY1868 in 1901, 1869 on headstone), baptized Anglican Church, Douglas Parish, York Co., NB 17JUN1870.
d. Victoria General Hospital, Fredericton, York Co., NB 17JAN1955 age 87 years, 8 months and 10 days, buried Sunny Bank Cemetery, South Devon, St. Mary's Parish, York Co., NB), d/o Sarah Ann Hanson (adopted by William Brewer and Martha Morehouse).
On Hattie's marriage record with NB Archives she has used the maiden of "Brewer" and has her parents down as William and Martha but on all her children's birth records she has her maiden name down as Hanson.
William and Martha (bio relatives) are in fact "David Willam Brewer and his wife Martha Morehouse", Hattie's (unofficially) adoptive parents.
At "familysearch.com" you will find Harriett Augusta Hanson as the daughter of Levi Hanson & Lucy Jane Jones but this information is incorrect. Hattie was actually the half sister to Mary Amelia Ryan (born Hanson as Mary was the daughter of Sarah Ann Hanson & a farmer from the area whose last name was Ryan). Mary Amelia married Harvey Hanson (2nd cousin and s/o Levi Hanson & Lucy Jane Jones).
In the 1871 census "Mary A. Hanson (dit Ryan)" was living with her mother "Sarah Ann Hanson (d/o Michael Hanson & Maria Drew)". Her baptism record has both her mother's and father's last name. I believe after Michael's death when Sarah immigrated to the US, that was most likely when Mary started using her biological father's last name of Ryan or maybe she was adopted by a Ryan family.
When Michael died, Sarah's three daughters were taken in by different families.

Note: In the actual death record, Hattie's parents are down as Hanson from England. This is incorrect. Her baptismal records (baptized June 17, 1870) state she was the illegitimate daughter of "Sarah Ann Hanson" of NB. It was a private baptism and no father is named. Her sister "Eunice Alberta "Bertie" was born in 1865-66.
