"According to his death record (not always reliable), his parents were Isaac Kominsky and Elka Shrierer.
"He was married, a candy maker, and lived at 27 Market St.
"According to his 1920 census record (matching the same address and occupation), he came to the US in 1900 and was naturalized 1914. His children were Sarah (1900-61), Annie (b. 1905), Dora (b. 1906), Ida (b. 1908), and Hilda (b. 10 Aug. 1911, NY; d. 7 Dec. 1989).
"The landsmanshaften section he is buried in was started for immigrants from Volkovysk (Wolkowysk), Belarus."
His World War I Draft Card states: "Both legs amputated."
