In a letter to their cousin Harold Weeden, dated 19 July 1969, Dick Brewster wrote, "You no doubt remember the Clarks. I was at the hospital when Aunt Hazel [%28Arlington%29 Clark] was unconsious for the last time. Don [Clark, son of Samuel & Hazel] came to visit us much later, he seems to have "made it" in life. Ernie [Clark, son of Samuel & Hazel] has given up his job with the government and is heading for Mexico. (In case you didn't know, he is divorced from his wife and children.) Alice [Clark, daughter of Sam & Hazel] is a permanent fixture as a secretary for the Douglas Air Craft Co. and Uncle Sam is still shuffling around the house and back yard - doing nothing constructive."
