Hedwika Epstein nee Gaertner was a housewife and married Emil.Epstein, owner of a factory for glass copy gemstones and sponsor of the Turnov School of Jewelry. Prior to WWII she lived in Turnov, Czechoslovakia. During the war she passed through Terezin, Czechoslovakia, to Auschwitz. Her daughter Lilly ,married Holzner, escaped to Israel and has daughter Racheli Negbi and family there in Arad, Negev
