About Helena Vrbova

Dr. Helena Vrbova was a distinguished physician researching malaria in Papua New Guinea . She died in 1982 of unknown causes. There is a foundation in the School of tropical Medicine London, in her name to provide funding for young researchers to continue Helena's work on malaria.
