1)Birth: There is confusion at this time regarding Claud and Lillian Sayer's son Heneage, born on 6th February, 1914, and the same parents' son Henry Ralph Sayer recorded as being born 6th June, 1914 at Premier Mine, Cullinan,Transvaal, South Africa and baptised at Presbyterian Church, Cullinan.
It was H.R. Sayer who signed Lilian Rosa Sayer's Death Certificate. Are Henry Ralph Sayer, and Heneage Sayer the same person, with a discrepancy on their dates of birth?

2)Marriage:
a) Lydia was 19 when she married 23 year old Heneage Sayer at St. Boniface Anglican Church, Germiston, Tvl. on 11th December, 1937. Witnesses were G.B. Dicks and G.C. Sayer. G.C. Sayer is likely Heneage's eldest brother George Charles Sayer (1907). Lydia and Heneage were resident at 17 Rietfontein Rd., Germiston, Tvl. at the time.

3)Heneage, (Claud Sayer's father's brother's name), was a half brother to Russell Edward Dennie (mother Lillian Rose Hearn's first son). This was intimated by Lilian Rose's grand daughter, Patricia Colmegna.
4) Death: Heneage Sayer's Death Notice giving parents as Claud Sayer and mother as Lillian Hearne (Sayer) together with Heneage's two children as Sayer, although on other documents, they are referred to as Kloka. (Kloka, a family from the Matatiele, Transkei and Eastern Cape area.)

5)Miscellaneous : Heneage had a "stiff" leg which had iron pins installed after his leg was crushed in a rockfall at a mine (which mine?) previous to Premier Mine.
