This is the information provided in Page of Tsstimony at Yad Vashem by her daughter in 1970: Henriette Schmetterling nee Ziegenlaub was born in Horodenka, Poland in 1910 to Chajim and Bertha. She was a housewife and married to Otto. Prior to WWII she lived in Vienna, Austria. During the war she was in Vienna, Austria. Henriette was murdered/perished in 1940 in Sachsenhausen, Germany.

However, the DOEW victim database shows her name on an actual tranport list of victims sent to Maly Trostinc extermination camp. Jetti Schmetterling DOEW victim record. Born 31 Jan 1910 in Horodenka. Wartime residence: Wien 1st district, Lazenhof 2/10. Deported from Wien to Maly Trostinec on 20 May 1942. Murdered in Maly Trostinc on 26 May 1942.
