Henry Crispe, of Quake

"Here lieth the body of Marie Crispe eldest daughter of Anthony Colepepyr / Culpepper of Bedgeburie descended from the honourable family of Lorde Dacres. She married Henry Crispe of Queke esquire & had by him fower sonnes viz Nicholas, Henry, Anthony & Henry & one daughter viz Anne, of which Nicholas & Henry only survive their mother whoe departed this life October 31st AD1618 aged 34"

Sir Thomas Roberts, of Glassenbury, who was knighted by King James I. at Whitehall, before his coronation, 23rd July, 1603 and was created a Baronet 3rd July, 1620. Parents: Walter Roberts Esq of Glassenbury and Frances Mayard.
