Henry B. "Hen" Dombach, 67, Millersville R1, a retired truck driver, died Monday afternoon at Lancaster General Hospital after a brief illness. He was the husband of Mary I. Wonder Dombach and had been employed by the former A.D. Dombach Trucking Co. He also worked as a custodian at Penn Manor High School. He was a member of Grace Evangelical Congregational Church, Millersville. An avid athlete, he enjoyed playing basketball, baseball, bowling and golf. In 1960, Dombach won a golf championship at Overlook Golf Course. Born in Mountville, he was a son of the late Alvin and Barbara Brenneman Dombach. In addition to his wife he is survived by three daughters: Deborah A. Potteiger, Ephrata R2; Cynthia J., wife of George H. Schmidt, Millersville; and Connie S. Rankin, Lancaster; seven grandchildren; one great grandson; three brothers: Ralph B., Lancaster; Paul B., Lancaster R6; and Elvin B., Carlisle; and three sisters: Elizabeth B., wife of Howard S., Millersville; and Ada B., wife of Benjamin A. Shenk, and Irene B. Deaner, both of Lancaster. (Lancaster New Era - May 28, 1985)
