I. Jacob Wismer, (...) was born in Germany about 1684, and died in Bedminster Township, Bucks Co., Pa., Feb. 4, 1787 in his one hundred and third year.

II. Henry Wismer, bn. in Bucks Co., Pa., about 1730; died ---. Mrd. Barbara Lederach in 1754. The children of Henry and Barbara Wismer are as follows: Jacob, Abraham, Annie, Maria, Henry, Joseph, Christian, Esther, John, Elizabeth, Samuel, Barbara.

III. Abraham Wismer, bn. in Bucks Co., Nov. 5, 1756; died in 1844, aged 87 y. 3 m. 27 d. Mrd. Veronica Myers, —. She was bn. Apr. 3, 1757; died about 1818. Mrd second wife Mary, a widow of Detweiler (maiden name Freed). Farmer. Menn. ch. Children: Henry, Samuel, Isaac, Barbara, Catharine, Veronica, Abraham, Elizabeth, Esther.

IV. Elizabeth Wismer, born on the old Wismer homestead in Plumstead Twp., Bucks Co., Pa., July 24, 1794; died Aug. 12, 1852, aged 58 years 18 days. Mrd. Abraham Kratz —, and with him located in New Britain Twp., Bucks Co., where she spent the whole of her married life. Farmer. Chi Wren: Henry, Levi, Frances, Barbara, Abraham, William, Valentine, Catharine, Christian, Elizabeth, Reuben.

V. Valentine Kratz, bn. Feb. 24, 1828. Mrd. Sarah, daughter of William and Mary Kratz, in 1852. Farmer. Menn's. Children: Mary, Allen, William, Abraham, Valentine, Tobias, Henry, Sarah, Emma, Laura.

VI. H. Ervin Kratz, bn. in Bucks Co., Pa., Mar. 8, 1867. Attended public school from age of 6 until 11 years, when his mother died. He was then hired to his Uncle Henry K. Myers, where he remained 3 years, then hired to William and Amos Myers for two years, going to school in winter, after which he returned to his Uncle Henry K. Myers, where he remained four years. On Mar. 1, 1890, he arrived at Pomona, Kans., where he has since been employed by the month. S.
