About Henry Lee Hollingsworth
Obit notice:
Buckingham, Que. The death of an old Inhabitant, May 2, 1889.
An old Inhabitant has just passed away, is that of the death of Mr. Henry Leo Hollingsworth who resided on a farm a few miles from the village, and singularly enough he has just returned home after seeking medical advise in Montreal.
For some time past Mr. Hollingsworth has had charge of the boarding house at the Emerald Mines and up to within a few weeks of his death was in fairly good health.
Last week he went to Montreal Hospital from whence he returned Wednesday evening very much the worse for the journey. His family being all at Emerald he was conveyed thither and died yesterday morning May 2, 1889.
Deceased was about 59 years of age, an Englishman by birth but has resided here about most of his life. He leaves a large family to mourn their loss of a kind and good parent and also a name for sobriety and uprightness of which they may well be proud of.
